These Terms and Conditions explain how orders, payments, deliveries, and returns are handled when purchasing from the Toot Fairy Tales online shop. By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About this website
This website (www.tootfairytales.co.uk) is owned and operated by Cherrybom, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

The website sells physical copies of the children’s book Toot Fairy Tales and related items through an online shop hosted on Wix.
2. Products
Every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and colours are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with printed materials.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other methods listed at checkout.
An automatic order confirmation email will be sent once an order is completed. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, customers are advised to check spam folders or make contact using the details above.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail to UK addresses only.

Standard dispatch time: 1–3 working days.

Typical delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
During busy periods, dispatch or delivery times may be longer.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once items are handed to Royal Mail, delays outside of control may occur.
5. Returns and cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.
To arrange a return: Email lucy@tootfairytales.com with order details.
Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of notification.
A full refund (including the original delivery cost) will be issued once the returned item is received.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or supplied in error.
6. Damaged or incorrectly supplied products
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should make contact within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. All items are packed personally by hand so any damage to products will happen in transit. Supplying photographic evidence will help a small business recoup costs.
A replacement or refund will be offered, and the item may need to be returned before a resolution is completed.
7. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices and product details may change without notice, but this will not affect any order already placed.
8. Intellectual property
All text, artwork, images, and characters featured on this website — including The Toot Fairy — are protected by copyright and belong to Lucy Chaplin.
Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorised use of any material is prohibited without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the site’s Privacy Policy. The website is protected by Wix’s enhanced security package to ensure data safety.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
