Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Products
You should check all products you receive against your order. If any products arrive damaged or are incorrectly supplied, you must note the details of the damage or error as soon as possible. If you are unable to inspect the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, or email only) within seven days.
Products must be returned to us as soon as possible after notifying us of the issue. Return postage will be at your own cost.
Cancelling an Order
As a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your goods. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed once the goods are returned unused. Returns are at your own cost.

Refunds
Refunds will be made using the original payment method used to place your order. We are unable to refund via any other method. We will process refunds as soon as possible; however, please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your bank’s processes.
